Stacy Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health counseling and human resources management. Since 2014, Stacy has served as the Owner, Psychotherapist, and HR/D&I Consultant at Access Counseling, LLC, focused on helping clients achieve personal and career goals through an empathetic counseling approach. In addition, Stacy has held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity, and Workforce Performance at Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. since June 2000, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic human resources and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles at Harland Clarke and Bank of America include leadership positions in diversity management, marketing, and product development.
