James McGeoghan is currently a Risk Manager at Harland & Wolff, where James is involved in delivering the £1.6Bn Fleet Solid Support (FSS) Programme in partnership with Navantia and BMT. Prior to this role, James served in the British Army from September 2014 to August 2023 as a Commissioned Officer in both the Army Air Corps and Infantry. James held various roles such as Adjutant, Squadron Second in Command, Operations Flight Commander, Flight Commander, and Platoon Commander. James holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Queen's University Belfast, a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Conflict Studies from Cranfield University, and completed their military training at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. James also completed their A-Levels at Luton Sixth Form College.
