Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation
Anastasia Charles is currently a student staff member at the Puerto Rican/Latin American Cultural Center and a recreation aide at the Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Prior to this, Anastasia was a student campaign intern at the Nassau County Democratic Committee, where Anastasia promoted voter engagement and facilitated conversations about voting rights. Additionally, Anastasia served as an advisory board member at The WNET Group, advocating for youth voice and activism. Anastasia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Healthcare Management at the University of Connecticut, following their high school graduation with honors from Long Island Lutheran High School.
