Rinu Mahalingam

Rinu Mahalingam currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center and the Assistant Director of Nursing at Princeton Care Center, in addition to holding the position of Assistant Director of Nursing and RN Unit Manager at Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation since June 2020. With a comprehensive nursing background, Rinu has also worked as an Assistant Director of Nursing at CareOne and a Specialist Nursing Officer at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. Rinu began the nursing career as a Staff Nurse at Charnock Hospital after earning a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from both NTR University of Health Sciences and Sri Padmavathi College of Nursing, completed in 2010. Rinu's responsibilities have included day-to-day patient care management, staff supervision, operational oversight, and ensuring quality patient care standards are met.
