Emily Breakfield

Emily Breakfield is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in instructional technology and teaching. Currently serving as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Harlem Consolidated School District #122 since August 2019, Emily has excelled in increasing teacher adoption of EdTech tools through targeted advisory services and large-scale training sessions. Previously, as a Technology Teacher and Data Specialist at Prairie Hills School District 144, Emily developed a hands-on STEM curriculum and enhanced teacher engagement in technology integration. Additionally, early career roles as an Elementary School Teacher focused on inclusive educational practices and culturally responsive lesson design, improving student outcomes in diverse learning environments. Emily holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Bradley University.
