Stacey Blansky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stacey started their career as a Journalism Intern at ROOSTERGNN Global News Network in 2017. Stacey then worked as a Staff Writer at Cornell Daily Sun from 2017 to 2020. In 2017, they also took on the role of Writing Intern at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Stacey further expanded their skills by working as a HR Consultant at Thriive Nicaragua from September 2017 to February 2018. Stacey also worked as an English Language Teacher at Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement for a brief period in June and July 2018. In 2019, Stacey gained policy research experience as a Policy Research Intern at Zambian Governance Foundation and worked as a Bartender at The Statler Hotel. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Operations Management Specialist at UPS before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Associate at Management Sciences for Health from June 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Stacey is employed as an Equity and Talent Associate at Harlem Lacrosse starting November 2022.
Stacey Blansky attended Cornell University ILR School from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Prior to their enrollment at Cornell, they attended Binghamton University in 2016 and completed their studies there without earning a specific degree or field of study. In July 2022, Stacey obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from eCornell.

Harlem Lacrosse is a school-based non-profit organization that changes the life trajectories of youth through daily wrap-around academic support, mentoring, leadership training, college readiness career exploration, admissions counseling and lacrosse instruction. Our Program Directors maintain a daily presence in the schools and in the lives of the students we serve in order to build their confidence and activate the skill sets to help them reach their full personal potential.
