Sietse Sander began their work experience in 2010 as a Bartender at Bar 't Voorom Akersloot. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an F&B Employee at Van der Valk Hotel Akersloot. In 2014, they joined Hilton Worldwide as a Sales Trainee and stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Sietse worked at Advidi as a Sr. Business Development Manager. In 2018, they became a Co-Owner of Alpaca Liquors but left in 2020. From 2015 to 2021, they were a part of the Management Team at 't Hoorntje Horeca B.V. Then, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as an MD at Nova Network. Currently, Sietse is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Harlem Next, starting in 2023. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in various roles within the sales and hospitality industries.

Sietse Sander obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Stenden, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued MBO+ at ROC van Amsterdam from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management. Their earlier education includes HAVO from Jac. P. Thijsse College Castricum, where they focused on Economie & Maatschappij from 2005 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Sietse Sander earned the WSET Level 2 from WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in February 2014, as well as the SVH Social Hygiene certification from SVH (Stichting Vakbekwaamheid Horeca) in May 2011.
