Brett Theisen

Brett Theisen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales leadership and strategy development within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at o9 Solutions, Inc. since July 2025, Brett also holds a position as a Board Member at SharpenCX. Previously, Brett was Chief Revenue Officer at QAD from June 2022 to July 2025 and Executive Vice President of Sales at NICE CXone from June 2015 to July 2022, where responsibility included leading a 450-person global sales organization for a $1 billion business. Additionally, Brett served as a Board Member at Tenfold from August 2017 to October 2021. Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Regis University.
