Tatum Wilson is the current Director of Instruction and Culture at Harlem Village Academies, where responsibilities include overseeing professional development for teachers, curriculum mapping, teacher coaching, and behavior dean duties. Previously, served as a fifth grade teacher at San Antonio ISD, focusing on curriculum development, student growth, and parent engagement. Also worked as a Corps Member at Teach For America, teaching in a remedial summer program and engaging in professional development. Graduated from Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology.
