Dan FitzPatrick is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Registrar (ST5) at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since August 2024. Currently serving in multiple roles, Dan is the Lead Men's Academy Doctor, Matchday Doctor, and Academy Pitchside Doctor for Harlequins, as well as a Rotational Academy Doctor for West Ham United FC. Dan provides medical support to UK Athletics as Team Doctor for Great Britain and Northern Ireland teams at the U18 and U20 European Athletics Championships and is an Independent Match Day Doctor for Premiership Rugby. Additional roles include Doctor for The Royal Ballet School and Trainee Council Representative for the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK. Dan's medical education includes an MSc in Sports Medicine from UCL and an MBChB in Medicine from The University of Manchester, along with various certifications in athletics medicine.
