Bell Zhang

Bell Zhang is an experienced regulatory affairs and product compliance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Asia Pacific Regional Lead for Regulatory Affairs and Product Compliance at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since May 2013, Bell oversees compliance and regulatory issues for various markets and coordinates product compliance and trade activities in China. Prior roles include Quality Manager/Department Manager at TÜV SÜD, where Bell provided consultancy services for motorcycle certification and audits, and Homologation Manager at Applus+ IDIADA, responsible for factory audits and motorcycle testing projects. Early experience includes a stint as Homologation Engineer/Project Office Manager at Zongshen Motorcycles, where Bell completed certification processes and technical transfer projects. Bell holds a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from Taiyuan University of Technology.
