Bonnie Weiland

Bonnie Weiland is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in controls and software, currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since January 2019. Prior to this role, Bonnie worked at Astronautics Corporation of America for nearly a decade, progressing from Avionic System Engineer to Project Test Lead, where responsibilities included cross-functional team coordination and customer support. Bonnie's earlier career includes positions at Cooper Power Systems, where market opportunities were expanded through product implementation, and various internships that provided foundational experience in engineering and manufacturing processes. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and has furthered education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
