Marcus Wester

Marcus Wester is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial and litigation law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel, Commercial at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since September 2018, Marcus has previously held roles as Senior Counsel/Deputy Chief Products Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel within the same organization. Prior to this, Marcus worked at The Dow Chemical Company as Senior Counsel - litigation from December 2014 to September 2018, and began their legal career as an Associate at Quarles & Brady LLP, specializing in product liability and personal injury from September 2007 to November 2014. Marcus holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
