Meredith McAlister

Meredith McAlister is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director for Moto Ops at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, overseeing people-related strategies in Global Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics across multiple countries. Previously, Meredith held various HR leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Director of Human Resources for the West Region Sales and Senior HR Manager for Supply Chain, managing teams across significant sales zones and large employee bases. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Southwest Airlines, Human Resources positions at IBM, and serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Copper Rock Capital Partners. Meredith holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA in Theatre Studies from Emerson College.
