Rahul Pawar, PMP, currently serves as the Global Advanced Manufacturing Manager of Launch at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where leadership is provided to the team of Launch Managers for the Touring, CVO, and Cruiser platforms. With a strong background in manufacturing integration and project management, Rahul previously held roles such as Advanced Manufacturing Launch Manager at Harley-Davidson, Delivery Manager at L&T Technology Services Limited, and Engineering Services Manager at Dell International Services LTD. Rahul's career began as a Trainee Supervisor at Mahindra & Mahindra and has progressed through various engineering and management positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Mahindra Satyam. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Institution of Engineers (India).
