Stephanie Helm

Stephanie Helm has over three decades of experience in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as a Team Leader at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since October 1991. In this role, Stephanie is Yellow Belt certified and focuses on cost reduction and production increase while maintaining quality control and inventory management. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a CNC Machinist, where the responsibilities included setting up and operating machining centers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Warehouse Supervisor at The New Berlin Company, where inventory maintenance and staff supervision were key duties. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Organization and Leadership from Marquette University, earned between 1997 and 2008.
