Tara Rice

Tara Rice, MBA, Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, has extensive experience in human resources and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector, specifically at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since 2012. In the current role as HR Service Center Process Analyst, Tara manages and implements various HR projects while promoting a continuous improvement mindset. Previous roles at Harley-Davidson included coaching in Lean Methodology and Six Sigma, as well as product development operations including data management and HR systems administration. Prior to Harley-Davidson, Tara held positions in human resources and payroll at Johnson Controls, Inc. and New Berlin Grading. Tara earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University.
