Thomas Illsley

Thomas Illsley has extensive experience in finance and management, most notably serving as EMEA Financial Controller and Lead Finance at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from April 2017 to June 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Lead Analyst at GE Capital from May 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included analysis of consolidated management interests and business hedges. Thomas began a career in finance at KPMG, working as an Assistant Manager overseeing a £12m programme and previously as an Advisor in Management Consulting focusing on Retail Banking clients. Initial experience included a position in Accounts Payable at Kerry Foods. Thomas holds an ACMA credential from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bristol.
