Donna Bibeau

Donna Bibeau serves as the State Marketing Manager for Harleysville Insurance, a role held since April 2006. In this position, Donna successfully grew the Illinois personal lines from inception to achieving the second highest volume in the Midwest by developing and implementing an effective state strategy and fostering strong relationships with quality agency partners, consistently exceeding annual state goals. Prior to this, Donna held the role of Territory Sales Manager at Encompass/CNA Insurance from 1995 to 2006, focusing on new sales development, retention, profitability, and agency management in northern Illinois. Earlier in Donna's career, from 1984 to 1995, the role of Regional Sales/Product Consultant at CNA Insurance involved acting as a sales liaison with branch offices across a 10-state Midwest region, collaborating with sales teams, underwriting, systems, and claims.
