Experience also includes a tenure at Cessna Aircraft Company from 1997 to 2011, where Chad worked as a Quality Engineer and Sheet Metal Assembler, focusing on supplier relations and production efficiency. Chad served in the United States Air Force from January 1993 to January 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University, completed in 2009.
