Joshua Kinard has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Joshua began their career at Schneider National in 2004, where they held several roles including Regional Sales Manager and Division Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for operations, market development, recruiting, and customer service. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the N.E. Operations Manager - Dedicated, overseeing a dedicated onsite operation at P&G's Lima Ohio plant as well as three off-site dedicated operations.
