Jitendra Chordiya

Jitendra Chordiya has a strong background in pharmaceutical research and development. Jitendra is currently working as the Head of R&D at Harman Finochem Ltd, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to this, Jitendra served as an Assistant Vice President at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited from August 2019 to February 2023.

Jitendra has extensive experience in formulation development and management. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Wockhardt Ltd. as the General Manager of Formulation Development. Here, they focused on new drug delivery systems and solid oral dosage forms for the US, EU, and ROW markets. Jitendra also led strategic outsourced development projects in various formulations such as injections, transdermal patches, and solid oral dosage forms.

Before Wockhardt, Jitendra held the position of Senior Manager at Mylan Laboratories Limited from June 2009 to January 2013. Their responsibilities included managing research and development projects.

Jitendra began their career as a Senior Scientist of Galenical Development at Sandoz in November 2005. Their work involved developing solid dosage forms for various regulated markets and implementing successful process development.

Jitendra has also held positions as a Senior Research Associate at Wockhardt from September 2002 to November 2005 and as a Research Assistant at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from January 2001 to August 2002.

Jitendra Chordiya completed their M. Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from the University of Pune in the academic year 1999-2000.
