Karthik Shantharaju

Karthik Shantharaju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software testing and product engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Product Engineer at HARMAN International since August 2018, Karthik leads the testing team, manages testing resources, and ensures the successful delivery of projects. Prior experience includes roles at Cerner Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd, where Karthik progressed from Test Analyst to Senior Test Automation Engineer, focusing on test case automation and quality assurance within Agile methodologies. Earlier in their career, Karthik was a Lecturer at The National Degree College. Karthik holds a Master of Computer Applications from Christ University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from The National College Jayanagar.
