Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in programming, data analysis, and customer support. Currently serving as a Programmer and Data Analyst at Harmon Research Group, LLC since April 2022, Michael previously worked as an Operator High (L3) on the Intel Account at Infotree Global Solutions and provided IT Customer Contact Support for the DHL account at Soluciones Creativas Costa Rica. Michael's early career included a role as a Sales Advisor at Distribuidora La Gemela SA and a position as a Psychology Teacher at Liceo Sixaola. Michael holds an IT Engineering degree from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, expected in 2024, and a Psychology degree from Universidad de Costa Rica. Additionally, Michael completed vocational training as an Executive Secretary at Colegio técnico Roberto Evans Sauders.
