Joe Rivera is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in site development, project management, and network design. Currently serving as the Senior Site Development Project Manager at Harmoni Towers since March 2018, Joe has previously held roles such as Telecom Consultant/Contractor, Sr. Manager Wireless Access at Ericsson, and Director of Network Design at IPCS, Inc. Joe has successfully managed large operational budgets and high-profile projects, including overseeing site surveys for 26,000 cell sites nationwide and a $54 million operational budget supporting 800,000 subscribers. Joe's career also includes experience in construction management and underwriting, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Canisius University and additional qualifications in insurance.
