Brian Coyne

Brian Coyne is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechatronics and automation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering at Harmonic Drive LLC since September 2014, Brian has previously held roles as Engineering Manager and Project Engineer at Assembly and Automation Technology, Inc., where responsibilities included project leadership for custom automated machinery and the design of various automated systems. Academic roles at Tufts University as a Graduate and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant contributed to curriculum development and hands-on instruction in mechanical engineering. Brian's early career includes internships focused on lean manufacturing at GE and design improvements at Automation Engineering Incorporated. Brian holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
