Anthony DeSalvo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, holding various executive positions in different companies. Anthony is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Harmonic Hospitality Group, a restaurant bar group with multiple concepts and units. Prior to this, they served as the President of the same company. Before joining Harmonic Hospitality Group, DeSalvo worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Ynot Italian Restaurants, overseeing their operations and expansion through franchising. Anthony also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fortney Hospitality Group, Inc., which owns and operates multiple concepts across different states. DeSalvo gained experience in multi-unit management as the Vice President of Samco Enterprises, Inc., a restaurant and bar group in Chicago. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Louie Management, LLC and BL Restaurant Franchises, LLC, focusing on the development and operations of Bar Louie units. DeSalvo was also the Chief Operating Officer of Freshii, Inc., where they played a significant role in bringing the Canadian concept Lettuce Eatery to the US. Anthony co-founded Salad Creations of America, a quick casual healthy concept, and served as its Vice President. Throughout their career, DeSalvo has demonstrated expertise in operations, menu development, franchising, and concept expansion.
