Dana Crandall

Dana Filip-Crandall is currently a member of the Deans Leadership Council at Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science. They have previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sky Deutschland GmbH and have held executive roles at major corporations, including Comcast, British Telecom, and Qwest Communications. Dana has extensive experience in operations management, technology, and customer service transformation, demonstrating a strong track record in driving cost reductions and improving service performance. They hold an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
