Iurii Zaika

Iurii Zaika is a highly experienced technical support professional with a solid background in engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Support Engineer at Harmonic since January 2022, Iurii has previously held positions as L2 Technical Support at GlobalLogic from September 2016 to February 2022 and as a Technical Support Engineer at JeraSoft from September 2012 to September 2016. Iurii holds a Master's degree in Computerized Control Systems and Automatics and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, both from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
