Marika has held various senior positions in different companies such as Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Junior League of San Jose, DemandTec, BEA Systems, Excite@Home, Maxim Integrated Products, Intel Corporation, Harmonic, and Cisco Systems. In their current role at Harmonic as VP of Sales Enablement & Sales Operations, Marika is responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales success. At Cisco Systems, Marika led the Cisco Capital FP&A team, focusing on forecasting and measuring profitability. Throughout their career, Marika has demonstrated a strong ability to remove cross-functional barriers and increase efficiency in sales processes.
