Xavier Bessiere

Xavier Bessiere has extensive experience in telecommunications and video compression systems, currently serving as Staff Program Manager at Harmonic since April 2006, focusing on the system integration of video compression products for OTT, IPTV, DVB-T2, and VOD. Prior to this role, Xavier was a Project Manager at Alcatel Thailand & Malaysia from February 2002 to May 2005, where responsibilities included GSM network implementation. Earlier in the career, Xavier worked as a GSM Transmission Engineer at Nortel Networks from July 2000 to October 2001, specializing in GSM/UMTS network engineering. Xavier holds a Master's Degree in Radar and Telecom from Université Rennes 2, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
