Ronald Mihalcean

Ronald Mihalcean is a seasoned professional in supply chain and manufacturing operations with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Harmony Biosciences since April 2021, Ronald previously held various leadership roles at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, including Vice President of Supply Chain and Sr. Director of Supply Chain Operations. Prior to Xeris, Ronald was the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain at Circassia Pharmaceuticals and the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at Lundbeck Inc. Ronald's career began at Searle, where decades of experience encompassed multiple supply chain positions, culminating in a Director Operations/Site Leader role. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst University, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
