Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Verdesian Life Sciences since June 2025, Gardner previously held key roles such as Head of Manufacturing at Sterling Specialty Chemicals and Vice President of Manufacturing for Global Polymers at KEMIRA CHEMICALS. Gardner's notable tenure at Kemira spans over 18 years, during which responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple plants across North and South America, focusing on safety, environmental performance, and employee engagement. Beginning a career as a Chemical Engineer at DuPont Canada, Gardner progressed through various engineering and managerial roles, showcasing a strong foundation in chemical manufacturing processes.
