Glen Connell

Glen Connell currently serves as the Executive General Manager of Stakeholder Relations at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, focusing on developing an external engagement strategy in Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes holding key roles at Newcrest Mining, where responsibilities encompassed global external engagement strategies and community support initiatives, and Wuntho Resources, where Glen acted as Managing Director overseeing mineral exploration in Myanmar. Previous positions at PanAust involved managing external affairs and community relations across multiple countries, enhancing business licenses and stakeholder engagement strategies. Earlier career highlights include notable roles within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Department of Defence of Australia, where Glen was engaged in international policy and management auditing.
