Monne Tladi has diverse work experience in the mining industry. They began their career with AngloGold Ashanti in 2010, where they held roles as a Stope Team Leader and a Safety Representative, Winch Operator & R.D.O. In 2017, they joined KOPANANG GOLD MINING COMPANY, where they worked as a General Equipping & Construction Team Leader and later transitioned into roles such as a Learner Miner, Full-time Health and Safety Representative, Compliance Officer, and Safety Officer. In 2022, they joined Samancor Chrome as a SHEQ Safety Officer and later became the Acting Chief Safety Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Safety Officer at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited. Throughout their career, Monne Tladi has maintained compliance with legal appointments and regulations prescribed by MHSA 29 of 1996.

Monne Tladi's education history begins with their completion of Grade 12 Senior Certificate in Social Sciences at Thuto-Thebe Secondary School from 2000 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued safety management as their field of study at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they obtained a National diploma from 2015 to 2017. Later, they furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Btech degree in Safety Management from 2018 to 2020. Alongside their formal education, Monne Tladi also obtained additional certifications including a Blasting Certificate from DMRE in October 2019 and certifications in Stope Team Leader & General Equipping and Construction team leader from AngloGold Ashanti in April 2015. They are also recognized as a Graduate Member of SAIOSH (South African Institute of Occupational Health and Safety). However, it is unclear when Monne Tladi obtained the Competent Person A & B certification.
