Ofentse M. has extensive experience in communications across various roles within the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Operations Communication Manager at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since October 2021, Ofentse has also acted as the Head of Communication and Branding. Previous roles include Communications Specialist at Northam Platinum and Regional Communications Officer at Harmony Gold, where responsibilities encompassed internal strategic communication and change integration. Earlier experience includes positions at AngloGold Ashanti as a Communications Officer focusing on internal strategic communications and employee engagement, as well as roles in media relations and public communications. Ofentse's career began as a Communications/Liaison Officer at Africa Geo-Environmental & Engineering Science, followed by a brief tenure as a Volunteer Journalist at Tlokwe Municipality.
