Ruben Garces

Ruben Garces is an accomplished basketball coach and fitness professional with extensive experience in youth mentorship and personal training. Currently serving as the Head Basketball Coach at Saint Raphael Academy and a Youth Counselor at Harmony Hill School, Ruben is dedicated to guiding young individuals towards their goals. Through the Ruben Garces Sports Academy, Ruben provides strength and conditioning coaching as well as basketball and soccer skills training. With a background as a professional basketball player, including participation in the NBA and multiple international tournaments with the Panama National Team, Ruben has also contributed to player development and contract negotiations in various professional leagues. Holding degrees from Providence College and Navarro College, along with completing an assistant coach program with the NBA, Ruben combines educational expertise with a passion for health and mentoring to empower youth and young adults.
