Michele Johnson

Michele Johnson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Harmony Senior Services since November 2022. Prior to this role, Michele held various positions at Retirement Unlimited Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Director of Human Resources, overseeing operations for multiple assisted living and retirement communities in Northern Virginia from October 2016 to November 2022. Michele's earlier career included work as an HR Consultant at Carilion Clinic, focusing on leadership development and succession planning from October 2013 to October 2016, and as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target, where responsibilities included performance management and leadership development from 2004 to October 2013. Michele obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Roanoke College between 2001 and 2005.
