Chris Palmieri

Chris Palmieri is an experienced leader with a strong background in healthcare and investment. As the Founder and General Partner of Winter Street Ventures from April 2016 to April 2025, Chris also served as President and CEO of Commonwealth Care Alliance during the same period. Committed to governance and community service, Chris held the roles of Vice Chairperson and Trustee on the Board of Trustees of Ithaca College from January 2021 to January 2024, while also chairing the Finance & Investment Committee. Additionally, Chris founded instED and served as Chairperson from January 2017 to January 2025, and participated actively on the Board of the Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP) as Immediate Past Chair and Chair of the Finance Committee from January 2016 to January 2025. Chris holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
