Jennifer Gilchrist

Jennifer (Pemberton) Gilchrist has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer most recently served as the President of HC Medical Group at HarmonyCares. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Operating Advisor at Rubicon Founders. Jennifer also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Lightship and Springtide Child Development. Earlier in their career, they worked at Landmark Health, where they held multiple leadership positions including Regional President, President of Landmark Connect, and VP, General Manager. Before that, they worked at Insight Imaging and Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) as the VP of Operations and Business Development. Jennifer also served as the Director of Sales at G.F. Distributors. Jennifer began their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Sankyo Pharma and later worked as a Salon Development Partner at Aveda. Jennifer holds extensive experience in sales, operations, business development, and management.

Jennifer (Pemberton) Gilchrist earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Bentley University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
