Matthew Teper

Matthew Teper, FMP has over 10 years of experience in facilities management and security. Matthew started their career at Meridian in 2010, where they served as an Information Technology (IT)/Facilities Project Manager. Matthew later became a Facilities Manager and then a Senior Manager of Facilities and Security. In 2018, Matthew joined WellCare Health Plans as the Director of Facilities, where they oversaw building maintenance and security operations. Matthew then moved on to Centene Corporation in 2020, holding the same position. At Populus Group, Matthew worked as a Meridian Data Center Consultant, tasked with managing and providing expertise for multiple data centers. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Facilities at HarmonyCares.

Matthew Teper, FMP has pursued their education at Macomb Community College, where they are a candidate for an Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Technology and Homeland Security. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications including Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), Certified Wireless Analyst (CWA), Data Center Certified Associate, Certified Facility Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), and Licensure in Airframe and Powerplant from the Federal Aviation Administration.
