Melanie Peck

Melanie Peck currently serves as the Regional Manager of Clinical Operations at HarmonyCares since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at the Visiting Physicians Association, including Senior Practice Management and Practice Management from September 2017 to August 2023. Experience at McLaren Health Care as a Registered Nurse spanned from October 2015 to January 2019. Melanie's extensive career at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System included roles such as Operations Manager for Physician Network-Primary Care, Urgent Care Nurse Manager, and several Registered Nurse positions, including in the Cath Lab, Telemetry/Medical Surgical, Perioperative, and Cardiac Surgical and Interventional units from August 1997 to August 2017. Additionally, Melanie worked as a Public Health and Jail Health Nurse at the Lapeer County Health Department from September 2005 to December 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration-Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School, a BSN from the University of Detroit Mercy, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Oakland Community College.
