Misty Cuellar

Misty Cuellar is a Clinical Compliance Auditor at HarmonyCares since June 2023, with a robust background in quality improvement and patient safety. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Quality Improvement and Organizational Excellence/Infection Control at McLaren Flint, and roles at McLaren Health Care as Manager of Quality Improvement and Organizational Excellence. Misty was also the Director of Quality, Patient Safety and Regulatory at Detroit Medical Center, overseeing multiple hospitals and focusing on risk management and quality improvement initiatives. Additional roles at Detroit Medical Center include Patient Safety Officer and Clinical Improvement Coordinator, where expertise in quality measures and performance improvement techniques, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, was utilized. Misty holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution.
