Timothy MacIntyre

Timothy MacIntyre serves as a Patent Attorney at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, PLC since 2000, with expertise in developing IP protection strategies, conducting patent assessments, and handling transactional matters, particularly in software licensing and various technology sectors including medical devices and telecommunications. Previously, Timothy held similar roles at Delphi and Harness, Dickey and Pierce P.L.C. from 1996 to 1999, focusing on patent portfolio development and negotiation of agreements. Prior to legal practice, Timothy was an Information Systems Consultant at Andersen Consulting, where responsibilities included designing technical architectures for client-server systems. Timothy holds a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
