Taj Capozzola

Taj Capozzola is the Co-Founder & CEO of Harness Energy, LLC, where they have been since December 2008. They are also the Managing Partner at the company. In addition, they are a Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to that, Taj worked as a Technician at Echelon Environmental Energy from December 2007 to November 2009, focusing on Wind Energy Services. They previously held the position of Passport Clubhouse Guest Services at Vail Resorts from November 2005 to April 2007. Taj holds an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Renewable Energy from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William & Mary.
