Han Xue has a diverse work experience in various roles in the field of user experience design and product management. In 2018, Han worked as a Product Manager at Baidu, Inc., where they collaborated with designers, developers, and stakeholders to improve user satisfaction on the official website of the MapAuto product. They also negotiated with automobile manufacturers to design customized functions for the MapAuto system. In 2020, Han joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a User Experience Researcher, where they conducted interviews, led synthesis sessions, and analyzed competitors to inform the design of a web-based app for students' social-emotional learning. In 2021, Han worked as a User Experience Designer at both the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology and Harness, focusing on product design, team management, and collaboration with development teams.
Han Xue completed a Master's degree in Master of Educational Technology and Applied Learning Science (METALS) at Carnegie Mellon University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Han Xue obtained a Bachelor of Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, which was completed from 2015 to 2019. Furthermore, Han Xue has obtained certifications such as Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in August 2021 and Watson and Cloud Foundations from IBM in August 2021.
