Nathan Lovejoy

Nathan Lovejoy serves as the Senior Associate General Counsel at Harness since 2025, following a merger with Traceable, where Lovejoy has held the position of General Counsel since 2023. As a founding member of The L Suite since 2016, Lovejoy collaborates with peers to advance legal leadership in their organizations. Previous experience includes roles as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Atlas, where Lovejoy directed legal and regulatory operations for a consumer fintech startup, and at D2iQ, where legal oversight included privacy and compliance matters. Earlier legal experience includes work at Gunderson Dettmer as an Associate and as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School. Lovejoy also has a background in product management and business development from Lime Wire. Education credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School, an AB in Art-Semiotics from Brown University, and attendance at The Glasgow School of Art.
