Tushar Kapadi

Tushar Kapadi currently serves as Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture and Implementation Engineering at Harness since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer success and technical leadership. Prior to this role, Tushar held several significant positions at Sysdig, including Senior Manager of Customer Success, where leadership of a technical team and customer success initiatives were key responsibilities. Tushar received the President’s Club & "Love Our Customers" Award for innovative contributions, including a successful migration project enhancing customer value. Additional experience was garnered at AppDynamics, where Tushar progressed through roles from Principal Consultant to Practice Manager, focusing on service sales and project delivery across various regions.
