Kendra Smith is an experienced professional in the field of emergency communication and training. Currently serving as a Criminal Justice Training Coordinator I at the NC Department of Justice since May 2018, Kendra also holds a longstanding position as a BLS CPR Instructor with the American Heart Association since May 2013. Kendra's extensive experience with the Harnett County Sheriffs Office, beginning in February 1999, includes roles such as Communications Training Officer and Shift Supervisor, as well as Telecommunicator I and II, focusing on emergency communication and supervision. Additionally, Kendra has been an Adjunct Instructor at Central Carolina Community College since 2009, teaching CPR and Telecommunicator In-Service courses. Kendra graduated from Spring Woods Senior High School in 1990.
