Ilona Groark

Ilona Groark is a Partner at Harneys, where Ilona advises large corporates, shareholders, financial institutions, directors, insolvency practitioners, and creditors on complex cross-border disputes. With extensive experience as a solicitor advocate, Ilona has previously held positions as Principal at Kobre & Kim and Senior Associate at Ogier. From 2005 to 2015, Ilona progressed from trainee to Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and served as Legal Counsel during a secondment at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they contributed as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Jackson for a brief period in 2009. Ilona graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2003.
